The terms and conditions contained hereinafter (“TERMS OF USE”) shall apply to the use of the website www.HomePathshala.in and any other linked pages, products or services offers by Home Pathshala which is a brand of Usraz Education Private Limited (“Home Pathshala” or “WE” or “OUR” or “US”) (collectively, “WEBSITE”).

Home Pathshala operates as an online platform connecting learners with tutors. We facilitate the process of hiring tutors through our "Hire a Tutor" section on the website. Additionally, we offer online classes through our platform.
2. Hiring Tutors:
To hire a tutor, users must utilize the "Hire a Tutor" section on the website. Learners can search for tutors on the website or contact a Home Pathshala representative for assistance. Upon confirmation from both parties (learner and tutor), they can contact each other directly on the website or through Home Pathshala's assistance.
3. Demo Sessions:
Once a learner opts to take a demo session from a tutor, they can schedule and conduct the session. Both the learner and tutor are required to report the completion of the demo session to Home Pathshala. If the learner decides to proceed, Home Pathshala facilitates the enrollment process.
4. Payment Processing:
Home Pathshala collects the first payment on behalf of the tutor. This payment is subject to a commission fee, which amounts to 50% of the first payment. After deducting our commission, we transfer the remaining amount to the tutor.
5. Online Classes:
Learners can purchase any course from the portal, gaining access to the respective online classes via provided links.
6. User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the hiring process and adhering to the agreed-upon terms with the tutor. Any misconduct or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided on Home Pathshala, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the intellectual property of Usraz Education Private Limited or its licensors. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on such content without prior written consent.
8. Privacy and Security:
Home Pathshala is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users' personal information. We collect, use, and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
